The Minimalist Oat Extract 06% Gentle Cleanser 120ml is a super mild, low-foaming gel-cream face wash. It uses oat-based surfactants and 6% oat extract to clean dirt and oil while soothing dry, damaged, sensitive, and acne-prone skin without stripping natural moisture.
